The program will assist attorneys in furthering their education on how to properly prepare and present mediations and the professional considerations in mediation. It will provide them with a better understanding of how to use professionalism to resolve issues through the mediation process. The course will further provide them with a more complete understanding of the legal issues involved in cases in mediation and how to increase their successful resolution of cases using alternative dispute resolution with emphasis on using professionalism in this unique and unusual process. Handouts and program materials will be provided to each attendee in a bound booklet.
