Travel Policy

Hearings outside metro Atlanta area - $150.00 per hour for travel time. No other charges for travel.

For cases requiring overnight travel a flat rate fee of $1500.00 is charged plus $750.00 for each additional overnight stay.

Eight hour minimum for all cases outside of metro Atlanta.

Biography

As a judge in the State Court of DeKalb County, the Hon. J. Antonio DelCampo presided over complex civil and criminal cases for almost 10 years. Before his time on the bench, Judge DelCampo represented plaintiffs, defendants and their insureds in various complex civil matters. After retiring from the bench in 2011, he handled several high-profile and complex civil matters, many of which were tried to verdict. Bilingual in English and Spanish and an active member of his community, Judge DelCampo is a sought-out speaker at continuing judicial education courses.
