• Arbitrator for Dalkon Shield National Claims Arbitration Program. Heard 175 claims over 5 years in US and Australia, arising out of use of the Dalkon Shield Intrauterine Contraceptive Device. Intensive education and study of gynecological/obstetrical issues. Program administered by The Private Adjudication Center, affiliated with Duke University School of Law

• Agent of the US District Court, Northern District of Alabama, which was overseeing the Multi-District Litigation concerning breast implants. Facilitated regional/informational meetings in the US for breast implant recipients

• Mediator and Arbitrator on national panels in employment class actions: Martens et.al . v. Salomon Smith Barney and Cremin et.al. v. Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, involving allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment

• External, contract Mediator of Title VII discrimination claims for the ADR Program of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Atlanta District Office

• Arbitrator for US District Court, Middle District of Georgia

• Mediated discrimination claims for US Postal Serviceís Redress Program
