Pre-ADR/Trial preparation:
- A dedicated, highly experienced trial consultant will prepare your documents, exhibits and video depositions for presentation during mediation, arbitration or trial.
- Scanning of all case documents, transcripts and exhibits.
- Electronic bate stamping if required.
- Digitizing and syncing video depositions.
- Loading all documents and video depositions into a Trial Presentation Software and provide a PC Laptop.
- Document highlighting, magnification and or notations.
- Video deposition excerpt clip creation
- Index of all documents and video deposition clips can be provided to all parties in a PDF format.
- Custom PowerPoint or other types of digital presentations, graphics, exhibits or animations can be provided upon request*.

ADR/Trial Presentation Services:
- Trial consultant will set-up all required Audio-visual and computer equipment prior to mediation, or arbitration or trial.
- Trial consultant will present any document or exhibit and provide any "on-the-fly" annotations, mark ups, highlighting or magnification of any document or display any video clip or portion of video deposition as per each attorney's request during the mediation, arbitration or trial.
