Henning Mediation and Arbitration (HMA) can meet all of your needs for training in the area of conflict resolution and ADR. Our trainers are experienced mediators, arbitrators, lawyers, and educators who have provided training nationally.


Patricia A. Siuta is President of HMA’s Training and Consulting Division and has provided training nationally for many years for law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies. She has trained thousand of lawyers, judges, managers, and other professionals. Pat is an experienced mediator, arbitrator, lawyer, and former law school professor who leads a team of experienced conflict resolution trainers. Our trainers have received outstanding evaluations from training participants.
