Travel Policy

Hearings outside metro Atlanta area - $325.00 per hour for travel time; plus customary travel expenses including, but not limited to airfare, mileage, car rental, lodging and meals.

Seven hour minimum for all cases outside of metro Atlanta.

Clay Ratterree offers 40+ years of broad civil litigation experience in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts. He has maintained an extensive mediation and arbitration practice since 1992 and is a member of the Georgia, Colorado and American Bar Associations. He previously served as Chairman of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and an officer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
