When deployed correctly, it is a tool to allow the parties to come to a conclusion that serves all parties involved – one that they crafted themselves, a truly unique process in the legal realm. I wish there were more conversations about mediation amongst the general public because it aligns to individual goals more than trial, and should be their first stop on the path to justice. Mediation allows the parties to find the core of their issue, which is often emotionally charged, and allows parties to express themselves in a controlled setting, where they can be heard, supported, and be vulnerable without the rigid walls of a courtroom. Mediation allows parties to speak freely, and if they see fit, come to a resolve – a groundbreaking pathway to empowering parties to craft the justice they rightfully deserve.”

Henning Mediation congratulates Ms. Devin McCoy on this special accomplishment. Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service is a family-owned and operated dispute resolution group that has served Atlanta and the state of Georgia for the past 25+ years. A third-generation organization, clients count on Henning for a smooth, inviting, and reliable mediation process that fosters successful resolutions.

[12,13
24,22,25
post-565","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-awards","category-news","tag-ed-henning-scholarship","tag-news","tag-scholarship
["GET
