The Atlanta Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section has supported the Edward J. Henning Memorial Award for many years. This award recognizes outstanding ADR students at each of the state’s five ABA-accredited law schools: Emory, Georgia, Mercer, Georgia State, and John Marshall. Established in memory of Ed Henning, a prominent figure in Georgia’s mediation arena, the award holds significant value. Grayson Dinovitz has been honored as the recipient of this accolade for the Emory University School of Law.
Sharing about her background, Grayson stated, “I am originally from Southern CA. I attended Tulane for undergrad, Stanford for my Master’s, and Emory for law school. I am very excited to be heading to Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Palo Alto office and will be in the corporate group!”
Expressing the importance of mediation, Grayson highlighted, “Mediation prioritizes the preservation of relationships. Within the legal realm, mediation allows parties to address underlying concerns to reach a mutually beneficial outcome. It fosters a creative and collegial environment through mutual understanding, compromise, and problem-solving.”
